Almost 4 years young and introducing our newest concoctions of cocktails via the mastermind of our very own Dav Eames: The Kansai Yamamoto List. 12 new drinks. Maximalist, beautiful, fun, expressive and strong. Inspired by the maximalist, beautiful, fun, expressive and strong works of the man who, arguably, made Ziggy famous. The fashionista extraordinaire: Kansai Yamamoto. Best. Drinks. Yet.
Why Just Make When We Can Create?
An ode to Kansai wouldn't be a proper ode if we didn't do as he would have done. So we did. Dav made the cocktails. We hired a designer to create bespoke outfits that matched both the spirit of Kansai Yamamoto and the aesthetics of our cocktails. Her name is Yufao Gan and she made us look really good.

We've partnered with some seriously socially conscious spirit makers to create a complimentary selection of cocktails this time featuring our young lion Aniket Pawar. Don't miss it.
Sake
We brought in a specialist on sake to consult and curate an excellent selection of traditional sake. Her name is Masayo Nutall. Your favorite recording studio also your favorite cocktail bar also your favorite dim sum place is now your favorite sake bar too. Any of you been to Decibel in NYC?
